MEET rachael

Rachael is a certified Pilates teacher and meditation & breathwork facilitator based in London and Edinburgh, known for her calm yet energising teaching style and her refined, mindful approach to movement and wellbeing.

With a background in London’s leading studios and training from the London Pilates Academy, Ten Health & Fitness, and YMCA, Rachael brings a deep understanding of Pilates. Her work weaves together movement, breath, and mindfulness to support the body and calm the nervous system.
